SUMMARY
Join our team as a telephony sales associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent,
motivated professional with experience and interest in cutting edge telephony products.
Develop and maintain opportunities and execute direct sales activities by brokering
telephony systems and accessories. Create and manage leads, monitor conversions, and report on sales and customer growth.
Interface with technical and project management staff to transfer critical information and initiate the delivery of
seamless, superior quality customer service.
Must be
independent, experienced, well versed in telephony offerings, sales minded, professional, and outgoing.
DESCRIPTION
Seeking sales professional candidate with at least one year selling professional telecommunications
equipment to the business community. Need to have a record of hitting company expectations and a drive
to exceed sales targets.
Seeking a true sales expert who understands how to prospect, generate interest and close

LOCATION
This position may provide telecommuting opportunities if selected candidate demonstrates
appropriate resources and capacity to work from home and maintain access to organizational resources (e-mail, telephone
system, CRM system) via the Internet.
This position is open to candidates across the United States.
REQUIREMENTS
Position may require up to 50% regional travel by automobile.
Candidate must possess:
- Profeciency in the use of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access
- Knowledge of PBX functionality and capabilities
- Technical understanding of PC hardware components and functionality
- Understanding of telephony technologies, including PSTN, VOIP, and SIP protocols and tools
- Profeciency in the sales process, including an understanding of lead generation, conversions, and tracking methodologies
- CRM software experience
- Valid driver's license and automobile
- Proficiency in the use of all forms of communication, including written, electronic, and telephone-based
